With the many conveniences of our world, one should have an abundance of time.
Time.
Take a pause and think about that a little deeper than surface level.
And yet, people seem to wear their chaos, busy schedules and productivity like a badge of honor.
Why?
One answer might be ego. Another might be conditioning. Yet another might be competition and the list could go on and on. With a plethora of already deadly health issues tied to stress, obesity, anxiety and depression, why continue to participate in a culture and society that pushes everyone to their brink by way of this mental conditioning?
Why wait until you are too old to be wise enough to do something about it for yourself?

A happy, enriched being is a productive being who gives their concentrated quality, skill and effort to their purpose. Whether that is occupation, cooking dinner or a hobby, one who is invested in caring for themselves can easily pour from a full cup without even knowing how much is in their cup. In fact, often it appears to be a bottomless cup, most times.
Have you seen these people? There doesn't seem to be many of them. They are the grounded, yet energetic tribe who can set boundaries and still enjoy an enriched life with their circle of friends and get the right amount of everything from their sleeping rituals to their morning routine. Do they set a timer, make a schedule? Maybe, sometimes. More so, they let themselves fall into it by way of natural inclination.
Take the first step. Trust yourself. Let go. Lighten up. The summer is on and though we have civil strife and uncertainty on a higher level than most of us have experienced, one can embrace the sweetness of living easy. In fact, there is no better time to start taking care of yourself and every aspect of your health than now.
